Whether you’re remodeling a few rooms, building from the ground up, or refreshing your home with new furniture, we manage the entire design process from start to finish, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. I’ll personally stay in close communication with the contractor and trades, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays on track. Behind the scenes, we’re managing every detail to bring your vision to life seamlessly. But you won’t be left out of the loop. We’ll keep you informed with regular updates and easy-to-follow timelines, so you’ll always know what’s happening and when. No more wondering where your furniture is or what stage the project is in. oUR PROCESS

Initial consultation & homework
We kick things off with some fun homework! You’ll fill out a design questionnaire and create a Pinterest board so I can get a clear idea of your style and inspiration. After that, I’ll visit your home (or finalize layouts for new builds) to take measurements and discuss your ideas in detail. We’ll meet to go over the design concept, covering color palettes, aesthetic direction, and floor plan options before moving on to material and furniture selections.

Concept development & selections
Once we’ve established the direction, I’ll begin creating design boards for each space, along with floor plans and elevations. We’ll work closely together to finalize all the details. From there, we’ll select materials, finishes, and furniture. You’ll be fully involved in reviewing everything to ensure it’s exactly what you want.

Ordering & tracking
Once the design is approved, we get to work ordering all the materials and furniture. We coordinate deliveries through a receiving warehouse to make sure everything arrives together, perfectly timed for installation. You’ll receive regular updates, so you always know the status of your items and what’s happening next.

Design implementation
While we wait for your items to arrive, construction or installation begins! I’ll be in close communication with the contractor and trades to ensure everything is executed perfectly. You’ll be kept in the loop with frequent updates, so you’ll know exactly what stage we’re in.

Install day
Now for the exciting part! Once all the furniture and accessories have arrived, we’ll schedule a day (or two) for the big install. I’ll take care of styling every detail to create a space that feels complete. Then we’ll toast to your beautifully transformed home!
FAQ
How do we get started?
The first step is to complete our online project inquiry form, which helps us get familiar with you and your project. From there, we’ll reach out with more details on how we can work together. We’ll then schedule a paid in-home design consultation or a Zoom meeting to discuss your project, design goals, and aesthetic. Following that meeting, we’ll send you a design fee proposal for your review.
Do you have tradespeople you can recommend?
This depends on the project. For local projects in Florida, we have a trusted network of builders and architects that we’re happy to recommend. If you already have your own contractor, that’s perfectly fine! We’ll leave all subcontractor coordination to them. Please note that we are not licensed General Contractors and will not take on that role at any point during your project.
